Community Leadership

My commitment to mental health extends beyond individual counseling. I serve as a member of the Suicide Task Force of Indiana County, where I contribute to local prevention, education, and support initiatives that address suicide risk in a practical, compassionate way. I also work as an adjunct instructor educating counselors-in-training, which allows me to bring current research and real-world case experience into the classroom while mentoring emerging professionals.

Through consulting, training, and educational offerings, I collaborate with schools, nonprofits, healthcare entities, and other organizations that want to strengthen wellness programs and mental health supports. The Andrews Wellness Eight framework guides this work, helping individuals and institutions consider intellectual, financial, environmental, emotional, spiritual or existential, social, physical, and occupational wellness together. My goal in every role is consistent, to offer clear, research-informed guidance that respects complexity and leads to meaningful, sustainable change.
